Today I'll be reviewing the White Blouse with Black Necktie and Red High Waist Ruffle Skirt ♡ Sheinside is an online store that has sold apparel and accessories since 2008. They provide clothing with styles from the streets of London, Paris, Tokyo, Shanghai, and New York at reasonable prices.
My order was processed within one day and I was given a free tracking number; the package arrived 5 days later. The blouse and the skirt were wrapped in separate plastic wraps and came together in one package. The skirt also came with a little black card that had some washing info on it.

The shirt looks very cute but it's a bit uncomfortable to wear- since it's made of polyester, it's hard for your skin to breathe in it. Wearing it in a hot room can make you sweat a lot! The sleeves are also a bit tight; if I lift up my arms, I can feel the fabric bunching up over my arms. If you want to tuck this shirt into a skirt or pants, be prepared to constantly retuck the shirt since it will bunch up if you move your arms around too much!
The ribbon is just a plain black ribbon; it's very silky and pretty :-)
The skirt is made of cotton and the material is actually pretty thick! I really love this red velvety color since it's perfect for autumn and suits the holiday season as well :-) The flare in the skirt is also really cute.
I was impressed with the fast shipping; both the blouse and skirt have a cute and simple design. The skirt is "one size fits all" and the waist area is very stretchy but it might be too short if you're over 5"2ish. I'm 5ft and it comes around mid-thigh. I'm happy that the ribbon is detachable and I can use it on other shirts :-)
